Bounty is an innovative mobile application designed to enhance workplace productivity by rewarding employees with credits for their efforts. These credits can be redeemed for a variety of vouchers and gifts, creating an engaging and motivational environment. The app centers around specific goals and challenges that users must complete to earn their rewards.
Project goal and need
The client, based in San Diego, envisioned a fresh, modern, and visually appealing app that would resonate with workers. Over the course of eight months, I led the project from inception to completion. This involved crafting the overall strategy, designing the entire mobile application interface, and developing the web backend for employers to manage their workforce effectively. The result is a highly interactive platform that not only motivates employees but also aligns with the client’s vision of a vibrant and attractive app. Through meticulous planning and innovative design, Bounty stands out as a powerful tool for enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
